  • NIGHTS OF MYSTERY

The Nights of Mystery tour, by Let's Get Lost, is the perfect out of the ordinary nighttime tour. This tour through the spooky takes place in the Sintra mountains, and while there is a set route, this is always subject to moods, enthusiasms, weather conditions, as well as the sensitivity of the guide and the visitors to stay a little longer in some place. Always on the way up, it all starts with a visit to the historic site which serves as a memorial of those who lost their lives fighting one of the biggest fires Sintra has ever seen. After paying your respects, lose yourself in the spectacular views of the town and mountains in the distance.

Through a night of mystery and charm, the group unravels lost places, such as the Tholos of the Monk, a mass grave from 4500 years ago and where the silence rests and time flattens out in the forest where loose souls are left to wander. Listen to the stories of fear and terror while you walk among the graves; try not to be spooked! On your way down the mountain, you will also have time to stop by the Convento da Peninha, and from there you will also check out the Hermitage of Saint Saturnino. These ruins are a must see on your journey, and also the last stop before the tour ends shortly after. The Nights of Mystery tour lasts two and a half hours and accepts a minimum of three people and a maximum of seven.
